Welcome to Auto-Battler Chess! This is a strategy game where you plan your moves in
advance.
1. Choose an Arena
Select a scenario from the main page. Each arena has a different starting position or theme.
2. Plan Your Strategy
In the editor, make your moves for your side (White or Black). The opponent will "pass" their turn,
allowing you to set up a sequence of moves (premoves).
3. Submit & Battle
Submit your strategy! Your entry will automatically battle against other players' submitted
strategies.
4. The Golden Rule: Autocapture ⚔️
After every move, an Autocapture Phase begins. If any of your pieces can
capture an enemy piece, they MUST do so immediately.
- This happens automatically and doesn't use up your turn.
- Captures can chain! A single move might trigger a cascade of captures.
- You can use this to clear paths or force opponent trades.
5. Watch Replays
See how your strategy performed. If a move becomes illegal during the game (e.g., piece captured), it
is skipped until it becomes legal again.
Tip: Think about what your opponent might do! Your moves execute blindly, so try to
be robust.
